In early 20th century, steel bar concrete pile appeared in China as growing up of cement industry.
In mid-80th, China introduced High-strength concrete pile from Japan.
In 1988, ZDOON introduced the first pile production line of Zhejiang Province.
In 1989, ZDOON developed Pre-tensioned Reinforced Thin Wall Concrete Pile, and it was listed into the
National Spark Program.

In 2010, taking “Green Economic, Industry Upgrading” as the mission, by combining PHDC and PRHC

piles, ZDOON creatively developed anti-seismic PRHC pile and Pre-bored Pre-cast Piling Method. PRHC

pile has the character of anti-seismic, energy-saving and environmental-friendly.

Outline of Pre-bored Pre-cast Piling Method

1、Range of Application
(1)It is suitable for cohesive soil, floury soil, sandy soil, filled earth, gravel ground and terrane of
complicated geological condition, multi-interlayered, uneven-weathering, soft and hard transformed.
(2)Applicable for project that controlling of compacting effect is required.

2、By combining PRHC pile, High-strength pile, using Diameter Reducing Technology in the project, to
achieve the goal of meeting different requirements on anti-pressing, anti-pulling, anti-horizontal force
of the project,
3、Integrate virtues of cast-in-situ bored pile, deep mixed pile, pre-bored & root-enlarged pile, it is
advanced and reliable.
4、Root-enlarged diameter can reach 1.6 of drilling diameter. It can upgrade bearing strength of pile
foundation, control total settlement and uneven settlement by injecting cement paste into pile toe
(compressive strength above 20MPa).
5、Adapt diameter: 500～1200mm.
6、 Maxim piling depth: 80 m.

 The example is shown although there are some from which a construction
process differs. After carrying out precedent boring by Auger and injecting slurry
for to stabilize the pile circumference, the pile having a special tip shoe and tip
metallic is inserted into the bored hole, a top or a tip part is driven by free drop
hammer, and bearing capacity is made to ensure.

It can construct in a comparatively low vibration and noise, and evaluation of the
bearing capacity calculation formula is higher than a pre-boring with root
hardening cement slurry method of construction.

For application of pile diameter, about 300-600mm and the maximum pile length
are about 40m.

1) Boring to specify depth by Earth Auger, and pull it up while injecting hardening slurry at the
bottom part of bored hole.
2) The pile that attached the movable shoe in the tip part is inserted in a hole.
3) Drive the movable shoe at the tip of a pile with a drop hammer in a pile hollow part.
4) Place cement paste in a pile tip part, and unify a movable shoe and the main part of a pile.
