Letter of Explanation

Subject: Explanation on the Following points:-

Dear Officer

1. Positions held while employed:

I held following job title during my employment period in “XXX India Limited”.

a. Software Engineer (XXX 6th 2010 to XXX 31st 2013)

b. Senior Software Engineer (XXX 1st 2013 to till date)

Since these details were not mentioned in work experience/ reference letter by employer, I have
mentioned it here. However I did attached my Offer and promotional letter for each title along with other
Employment Records under supporting docs in work history tab.

2. Nomination Letter & Schedule 4 Form:

I did not find any section for upload a nomination letter of Saskatchewan Province that is why I have
attached it below along with Schedule 4 form.

3. Family Name is not given on spouse passport (XXXXXX XXXXX):

Since there is no family name (Last Name) mentioned on Spouse passport (XXXX XXXXXX), I have filled
all her given name(s) in the family name (Last Name) field and ‘-‘ in given name(First Name) field.

I didn’t left First Name field Blank as system was throwing Validation error at the time of Filling forms,
Attached below you can see Validation error for same.

4. Previous Refusals:

In Statutory Questions regarding previous refusal of any file I have selected “YES”, for both Principle
Applicant (XXXXXXX XXXXXXX) and Spouse (XXXXX XXXXXX) because of below mentioned reasons.
a. In 2014, I have applied for FSW, but Since cap for applied NOC got full, my file was returned,
However I didn’t received my file back so far.
b. I have first applied for Saskatchewan (Express Entry category) in June 2015, for which I got
Ineligible letter and same have been attached below.

5. Bank Statement:

Since financial institution for which I have provided Proof of Funds does not provide Average Balance in
their Official Letter, I have attached my Savings account Last 6 month Bank Statement along with Balance
certificate I obtained from Bank.

6. Spouse (XXXXXX XXXXXXX) Work history:

I have not filled Spouse (XXXXX XXXXXX) Work detail in work history tab under PR Spouse Forms section
as I have not claimed any point for that, however I have mentioned her work history detail in Personal History
section.
