*Working week

- Monday - Friday 10 AM - 6 PM based in the warehouse office

- Able to support in service if/ when needed

Responsibilities:

*Day to day running of both sites

- Assisting the management team in the smooth, safe and efficient running of both sites. Liaising with all
teams to ensure they have everything they need for a smooth service (till updates, menus printed and
briefed)

*Restaurant reports

- Reading and logging daily reports & assisting with any actions that need to happen as a result of restaurant
reports, as they are received.

*Stock

Monitoring cost and position. All stock-takes are sent to and reported on by the operations assistant.

*Monthly performance

Monitoring performance and creating a monthly performance report using the data supplied by both sites

*Creditors

Assisting with a weekly creditors report - ensuring that all credit notes are up to date and that suppliers are paid on
time.

*Xero
Ensuring that the company Xero is up to date at all times - monitoring all bills coming into and out of Xero and receipt
bank.

Uploading both venue sales

Sending and Reconciling deposits paid for customer set menus or large events. This will be also using our booking
system to update details manage clear communication between both BOH and FOH.

*General Admin

Ensuring the company bank, drives, files and accounts are all organized, up to date and ‘kept’ properly

*Payroll

Managing the holiday calendar, tracking hours worked, updating payroll weekly - without visibility of who is being paid
what. Hours worked yes, money paid no.

*HR

Managing recruitment, filing, storage and management of admin duties required for all employees. Organising
appraisals and being the ‘everyone OK?’ Person - if issues arise, ensuring that they are dealt with a calm and
efficient manner. Staff birthday calendar and liaising with management to ensure days off and special treats are
organised in advance.

*Training

- Organising all staff training, and managing the calendar for staff trainings
- Ensuring all staff have the relevant training and direction to perform the tasks that they are set. Do they feel
confident and comfortable? If not, who is the correct person to train them?

*Office

Managing the office - ensuring it is tidy, functional, everything is always in stock (the printer is always full and has ink
etc, etc)

*Phones / booking

Support in Reactive - making sure that booking enquiries are handled pleasantly and efficiently as you are the
person in the office during the daytime.

*Qualification of large bookings

- Managing all large booking enquiries - budget? Date? Availability? To be passed to the relevant manager, then
monitored.

*Health & safety

Keep records and ensure all documents and process requirements for due diligence are carried out across both sites.
Liaising with venue managers and recording accurately.
- Health & Safety records per site managed via our online platform
- Staff induction and required safety assessments carried out and up to date.
*Maintenance

Keep records of, book in and find competitive rates for reoccuring maintenance events. Including but not limited to:
- extract cleaning
- PAT testing
- Fire alarm testing
- Boiler servicing
- Dishwash, glasswash, ice machine maintenance
- Annual painting of venues?

Keep note of warranty dates for all items purchased

Organise people to fix things that need fixing.
