Statement of the Problem
This study been conducted in order to determine “the

impact of high price product to the low income workers in dealing their daily

needs”

1. What are the impacts of high price product to the low income

workers in dealing their daily needs?

2. How does the low income worker face the high products in their

daily needs?

3. What are the possible ways that the government will do to

surpass this problem?

4. How does the workers budget their low income in daily needs?

DEFINITION OF TERMS:

Qualitative Research is primarily exploratory research. It is used to gain

an understanding of underlying reasons, opinions, and motivations.

Ethnographic the study of human races and cultures.

Struggles to try very hard to do, achieve, or deal with something that is

difficult or that cause problems.

Surpass to be better or greater than someone.

Exploratory done to find something or to learn more about something.

Cultures the belief, customs, arts, etc. of a particular society, group, place,

or time.

Motivation the act or process of giving someone a reason for doing

something.

Management the process of dealing with or controlling things or people.

Company is a legal entity made up of an association of people, be

they natural, legal, or a mixture of both, for carrying on

a commercial or industrial enterprise. Company members share a common

purpose, and unite in order to focus their various talents and organize their

collectively available skills or resources to achieve specific, declared goals.

The impact of high price product to the low income workers.

First, it improves because the workers budget their income in their

daily needs and they maintain their income in their wants.

Second, have workers didn’t sustain their needs because of the

income is low.

 How does the low income worker face their high price product in

their daily needs?

Workers face their income in to high price product and they

budget their income in their daily needs and they maintain of what

they likes and wants.

 What are the possible ways that the government will do to

surpass this problem?

The possible ways that the government will do to surpass this

problem the government do the right income of the workers, the income

is regular and minimum to sustain the daily needs of the workers and

 How does the workers budget their low income in daily needs?

They properly budget their income because they properly

buy those important needs of workers. And

The research of the impact of high price product to the low income

workers in dealing their daily needs his outcome of findings of the study is

beneficial to the following:

Workers for them to serve as their motivation in facing the different

struggles in their low income.

Parents for them to understand the situation of her child’s in her

income.

Researchers for them to be enlightened the real situation of the

workers; their income is not perfect in their daily needs.

Companies to improve the income of the workers.

Future Researchers for them to have a guide as they embark on a deeper

study of similar nature.

Conclusion

Based on the summary of findings, the following conclusions are

drawn.

1. The workers budget there low income to the important needs.

2. Most workers they believe that they do budget there income to their

daily needs.

3. Their experience became the center as they continue to

budget/sustain the income in needs of us.

4. Majority of the workers is to buy does important. And budget it.

Recommendation

In the light of findings and conclusion, the researchers offered the following
recommendations:

For Workers:

1. Workers that are new in the company must be optimistic to

achieve outstanding performance.
2. Workers must pursue to finish their college to be able to
trail a higher position in the future

For Employers:

1. Since majority of their workers are contractual in nature,

companies must give additional benefits such as employee’s
compensation, sickness leave with pay and other allowances.
2. Companies must review the salary scale considering
qualification and performance of all contractual workers to
promote a salary that is competitive and compatible.

For Management:

1. Management must conduct a regular basis of job evaluation

to determine the workers who need improvement and at the
same time give commendation to those with outstanding
performance.
2. Management must observe to the compliance of the
company to the Department of Labor and Employment
Implementing Rules and Regulation.

For Department of Labor and Employment:

1. The DOLE must be strict in the compliance of the companies

in the DOLE Implementing Rules and Regulation for those who
have contractualization base of employment

RESEARCH REFLECTION

We researcher have a little struggle to create a case study. We

choose this topic because we want to know how they budget a

small income in their daily needs, we are curios of that situation

because of how they manage a small amount money in their

daily needs and we choose this topic because this is exist in our

society just like inflation increasing the price of goods and

services like transportation, gasoline and everything that we

consume, and lot of workers is not afford all the expenses so that

we researcher have a knowledge to do our case study. We

became clever to think the best issue about in our society and all

of us be responsible to all task that we do, and respect to all

members that accept the all suggestion that we suggest,

Hardworking is the best way to do our works we can do all the

case study needed. We start our case study in a easy way

because they have a experience to do the research and all

members have a cooperation to think the best thing in our study.

INTRODUCTION

A high price product will affects the sales volume negatively less

than a long term price increase because workers will have less time to

change their daily needs because of the price increase. The price that

matters for consumption, of course, is the price faced by workers.

High-deductible health plans are designed to increase the price directly paid

by individuals for the care they consume

The working poor are working people whose incomes fall below

a given poverty line due to of low-wage service sector workers includes

fast-food workers, home health aides, waiters/waitresses, and

retail workers.

The work have a low income, the company have no minimum

wage of income. That’s why workers have a problem in buying their daily

needs.

Higher price, the workers didn’t sustain to buy our needs that are

higher price and also the income of worker is low. Some of people they also

maintain their income, and it buy does important things.
