How to Order Online?

■ Mini-markets registers and order online
■ EAL and EAL will be notified to deliver upon goods within 3 – 5 working days
■ Upon delivery, QR code is generated for mini-markets, EAL will just need to take a
photo of the QR code and the goods are certified as delivered
■ Stock will be replenished periodically as the system can monitor the stock movement
as soon as there is an order
■ Transactions will be received and distributed by HQ every two weeks hence, the
credit risks are low
Profit Sharing

■ The profit margin is calculated from cost price from factory to retail price in the mini
market

■ Fixed profit sharing structure of 100% (after less 1% for market development and 1%
for products development)

– Township Leader : EAL 24%
– State Leader : ERL 16%
– GBC 20%
Set-Up Requirement

■ Eco-Business Partner(EBP): RM1,000 worth of Stock & Retail Store

■ Eco-Area Liaison(EAL): RM50,000 worth of Stock & One Lorry(1 tonne minimum) &
Store

■ Eco-Region Liaison(ERL): RM250,000 worth of Stock & Four Lorries(1 tonne minimum)
& Warehouse (3000-5000 sqft)
Target

■ Every state to have 1-2 ERLs to maintain efficient delivery ✓

■ Every state to have 10-15 EALs to increase reachability ✓

■ Every state to have 50-300 EBPs to provide products ✓

■ Market reachability will also include Mamak Food Store, Chian Food Store, Retail
Store, Hypermarket, Supermarket, Hotel, Hospital and Indusries.
