0 Introduction
Meeting held on 8th Oct to clarify following subjects:
1. Basement 1 - monthly tank,
2. Basement 1 – separator elevator missing beams,
3. Basement 1 - chiller room,
4. Basement 1 - elevator secondary beams requirement
from KONE
5. Ground Floor clash issues.

1 Escalator Beam
1. Escalator B2 to B1, shift beam B1B42 to support the AECOM 10 Oct 2019
Escalator approved by TTW.
2. Escalator B1-GF, BAM already submitted SD with B1B44
bend to accommodate height of escalator.
3. The ceiling below escalator will modificated ceiling
Bulkhead.
2 Travelator Beam
1. Cantilever beam which support Traveletor is adjust lower TTW – AECOM 10 Oct 2019
and approve by TTW.
2. GFB26 & GFB27 will review by TTW, GFB4 dimension rebar
beam will maintain and shifted 1.2 meter following the
location beam on B1 and L1. TTW will provide beam on
Thursday Oct 10th 2019.
3. Architect : Ceiling SD will follows.
4. MEP : Conduit position for travelator power approved by
TTW.
3 Monthly Tank
Keep the structure as it is until AECOM give instruction for BAM Cwk 34
further. BAM already submitted SD following the structure IFC.
Advance info from APD, genset will relocate to inside building.

4 Elevator Room
Separator Beam at Elevator for supporting railways will use TTW – AECOM Oct 10th 2019
steel beam embedded to concrete wall.
Beam will install every 2.5 meter height along elevator room.
AECOM will provide the beam dimension. RFI 056.S will
respond on Oct 10th 2019.
5 Chiller Room
Structure beam wall will maintain. Floth - AECOM
Ducting will be shifted below beam wall and all pipe will re-
routing. Floth will check the design and issued later.
6 Ducting Opening
Anggara and Floth will issued new drawing for design change AECOM
at loading dock area ducting system (GL O). Anggara
Architecture will make modification of elevation drawings.
Structure still maintain.
