PROJECT DETAILS:
 Direct and Modal Frequency Response Analysis of full vehicle level to
fix the idle shake; Powertrain noise and Road Noise.

Project Description: CAE model built up and performing NVH analysis in Full vehicle
level as per the Standard procedure for all NVH performance with different load
condition. Identify the issue with Model integration and vehicle NVH performance
(AOF, POF and Component resonance) for full vehicle level and Explain the Root cause
mechanism with different feasible counter measure proposal to the designer and
performance team if the performance is not meeting the target.

assembly to fix the Booming; Drumming and Road Noise.

Project Description: CAE model built up and performing NVH analysis in T/Body and
BIW level.Identify the issue with VTF, NTF and Component resonance, Explain the
Root cause mechanism with counter measure proposal to the designer and
performance team if it not meeting the target.study the normal mode analysis of BIW
to improve the torsional and bending stffness.

Project Description: The Powertrain Assembly is supplied in terms of CAD. Meshing


is carried based on Durability criteria. Material, Property, Contact, Boundary, Pretension
on bolts and load cases has been created to prepare input Abaqus dec. The model is
simulated for various load cases. Debugging has been done. The post processing part
consists of analyzing Stress and detailed report preparation. Based on stress, Enabler is
added in model and rerun the analysis.

 Durability analysis of Bell housing and Transfercase

Project Description: The input CAD is meshed. FE model is prepared by providing


material, property, contact, boundary, pretension on bolt and load cases. The model is
simulated in Abaqus and result is post processed. Where ever the stress is more than
yield stress, enabler has to be suggested to keep the component safe.

Project Description: This project involves MDO of Exhaust system by using two
analysis involving static and modal results by reducing the volume of the exhaust
system meanwhile achieve same performance on modal and static results by using
the softwares namely Hypermesh and Hyperstudy.

Project Description: RMS method shall be used if hanger locations are not defind,
It is a technique to determine best possible optimum locations for hangers by using

 Complex Eigen Value Analysis of Disc Brakes to fix the Brake Squeal
Noise.

Project Description: Dynamic Analysis of the Corner Module Assembly consisting of


Steering Knuckle, Brake Rotor and Caliper assembly. Study the effects of Friction

induced Damping in the system and the squeal noise frequencies, match the FEA
results with the NVH test data,modal mapping and provide solution to shift the Noise
Frequency.The analysis using by both nastran and abaqus solver depends upon the

Project Description: The objective is to generate the FE Models of on fin of rotor

Project Description: This project includes estimating the stress and


displacement of the clutch wheel, Housing, Hub, Spring holder. The above parts

obtained in Ansys
