 Abstract
Surat-Job-Expo is an online hydride (Web and Android) application which will be helpful to
organize Online Job Fair, and helpful in such a way that the candidates don’t have to come
personally just to submit their resumes, Resume Builder feature is given to generate their
resume as per the pattern with the given information. Using machine learning we are going to
observe the steps taken by the candidates in the process of getting a job and system
recommended the candidates and companies according to the requirement which suites better
to both.
Bunch of pre-define Q&A can be selected by the companies to test the candidate for the
interview, this will be useful to predict the characteristic of the candidate. This will help to
make decisions that an applicant is right for them or not before the interview.

1 Introduction
1.1 Title

Surat-Job-Expo

1.2 Definition

“Surat-Job-Expo” is a hydride application which is helpful to manage the job fair around the
colleges and for the graduated student it is the easy way to find their suitable jobs.

1.3 Purpose

The main purpose of building this project is to provide more utilizable time to the graduate
student/fresher to find their suitable/right job in which they are passionate about. To design this
android app is to provide mobility to the student, not like the traditionally it is used to be sit in
the front of the desktop and give the test with the timer ticking. Then follow with HR round
and practical round, etc.

1.4 Objective of the proposed system

The main objective of the proposed system is to make the effective collaboration between the
graduate student who are seeking for the job and the organization who provide these job and
the Module “Campus Drive” will provide collaboration of colleges who organize these kind
of job fairs.

1.5 Problems & possible solutions

Problems

The basic problem of the traditional system is that the graduate student/job seeker have to travel
all along to the place where the recruitment has been done, and the traditional job fair need to
held in wide place.

Solutions

We provide the mobility to the graduate student /job seeker. Thus they have to be present at
the time with all the documents and resource schedule by the recruiter to follow the recruitment
& placement process. Hence, we provide these feature of recruitment and placement in android
app and web, now they don’t need the wide place to organize job fair.

recruitment & placement. But after using “Surat-Job-Expo” app he don’t have
to travel he had done all his recruitment process through this android

We conclude this by making all the process of recruitment processes it can be time saving for
the organization who are finding the right person to recruit and the job seeker who was to travel
from one company to another for recruitment follow by the different kind of test.

We will be adding the suggestive things like who is more interested in which job and get notice
by the company admin to make according decision for the user.

Drawback Of our system

 Initial state it’s only for the IT related student.

 It is not in multi-language.
 Not supporting other platform. Native android app.
