The most valuable asset of a 21st-century institution, whether

business or non-business, will be its knowledge workers and their


productivity. There is no doubt about the fact that excellent employee with
the qualities and good trait is a highly valued asset of an organization and
the key to success. There are several trait of excellent worker that causes
them to become highly valued asset to an organization

The main trait of excellent worker is they are committed and


passionate with their task. They are willing to do more than what’s required
even things that don’t fall into his line of duty, is constantly exceeding
expectations and happily accepts any task or project. Passionate employee
will naturally put in his best because he loves what he does.

A further trait of excellent worker are driven or self-motivated. Self-


motivated individuals possess the stamina to perform outstanding work
and usually, work hard consistently. They also fix a pace and model that
other employee can and want to follow. Normally self-motivated individuals
can take criticism and admit vulnerabilities and persistent to keep updating
their knowledge.

A good attitude also one of the trait that excellent worker have. The
good attitude consists of honesty, humble and integrity. Employees who
are not forthright and honest would lead to clients being out off and
consequently, trouble for the organization. The organization also needs
someone who would prove their value through their hard and
commendable work rather than through words, whether they are true or
exaggerated.
A good trait of employees is best for the long-term future of an
organization or any business. The organizations are responsible for building
that culture to get a good effect on the organization. The main effect is
increased productivity. A compliant team will create their own tasks and
ensure they are implemented. They will show up to work on time and do
the necessary and even more. They will tend not to use their time at work
suffering internet for personal pleasure. Thus productivity will increase.

A further effect on the organization is their meet targets and goals. A


committed team understands goals and their individual role in achieving
those goals. They are self-motivated and set targets higher than that is
expected of them. They will do what is asked of them and more in order to
meet their targets and goals.

The other effect on the organization is value added. Commitment at work


brings in value addition through active participation in company-related
discussions. Committed employees bring great ideas to the table and they
are always happy to help others visualize those ideas. An organization
needs commitment and dedication from its employees to achieve their
goals.

In conclusion, the organization should keep motivated their employee and


help them to become more excellent. If an organization expect their
employees to perform exceptionally well then they will have to provide a
work environment that will help increase commitment to work. The
organization also should encourage their employee to expand knowledge
and skill because knowledge is an asset to employee and the organization.
