Today i am presenting my proposal research with the title Correlation Among Family
Support To Compliance Diabetes Mellitus Type 2 Diet In Region Work Public Health Center
North Cimahi

Chapter one

Research background

Sambungan dari ppt sebelum baca the ressult of preliminary study

Control process for diabetes mellitus is determined by the patient's adherence

to the diet by observing meal pattern. Some people with diabetes mellitus
know the importance of the diet, but there are still not obedient to carried out
of their diet.

The purpose of research

1. General purpose ( tujuan umum )

The study was conducted with the purpose is to know correlation among
family support and dietary compliance on patients with diabetes mellitus type
2 In Region Work Public Health Center North Cimahi.
2. Specific purpose
To know about correlation among family support and dietary compliance on
patients with diabetes mellitus type 2.

Benefit Of The Research

 1. For diabetes mellitus clients

Patient with diabetes mellitus can apply the diabetes mellitus diet to
control blood sugar levels and prevent complications.

2. For public health center

As a base for determining the diabetes mellitus management program to

carried out health education regarding dietary compliance in patients
with diabetes mellitus to control blood sugar levels and prevent
complications.

3. For educational institutions

Can be used for reference material regarding the development of

science especially for nursing science.

In this research, family suppors have 4 part there are :

1. Emotional support

2. Information support

3. Instrumental support

4. Support award

Chapter three

Research Design

This research is a study with a correlation design using a cross sectional approach to
determine the relationship between two variables, namely independent dependent
through hypothesis testing by measuring data at once.

Dependent : compliance diabetes mellitus type 2 diet

Population

The population of this research have fourthy eight patients with dm type 2 in region
work public health center north cimahi

Sample

The researcher use cross sectional technique with total sampling.

Data Colection

In this research i have four step there are :

1. First : Editing
2. Second: Coding
3. Third: Entry data
4. Fourth: Cleaning

And for analysis data i have two methods there are univariate and bivariate analysis.

I will doing the research In Region Work Public Health Center North Cimahi
Time : March until April twenty and nineteen.

1. For Diabetes Mellitus clients

Clients with diabetes mellitus can practice or apply a diet to control blood
sugar levels and prevent complications and use of olive oil that is not known
to many people.

2. For Public Health Center North Cimahi

As one of the references in the renewal of information and as a basis for

determining the management program of diabetes mellitus in carrying out
health education actions regarding dietary compliance in diabetes mellitus
patients to control blood sugar and prevent complications and create wider
communication between diabetics, families, health providers and the
surrounding community and reactivating the inactive posbindu so that they
can get health education from health workers (puskesmas).

3. For Next researchers

Can develop this research by using other alternative choices in diet

compliance research instruments such as FFQ and Recall 24 hours.
