For  each  of  the  8  characteristics,  come  up  with  an  example  of  the  best  you  can  
quickly  remember  ever  having  done  in  expressing  that  characteristic.    Briefly  
describe  that  example.  
 
Then  rate  that  example  as  to  how  well  you  expressed  that  characteristic  in  that  
example  and  rate  yourself  on  a  1  to  10  scale,  where  10  means  you  fully  expressed  
this  characteristic  and  1  not  at  all.    
 
Finally,  intuitively  rate  how  much  of  the  time,  when  you  have  the  opportunity  to  do
