Students Attendance Monitoring System to make system and ways easier for the school to
monitor their students.

ABSTRACT

The main objective of this study is to monitor the student in School building and

enhance student attendance monitoring system. The proposed system consists of Biometric

based finger print.

The aim of the project is to create an Android mobile application for Notification

that can be used by all guardians of the student of ACLC College of Iriga Inc. This

application provide the attendance information of their child, the time log in and log out in

the System and they can simply monitor it by using the application developed.

This project is on the design and development of portable and reliable fingerprint

based student attendance monitoring system that can be used to monitor attendance of the

student. The system utilizes a portable fingerprint scanner as the input to acquire fingerprint

images. It also include database to store student’s information and attendance records.

Visual Basic.net was used as the programming language to develop this system. The system

was tested and found working correctly.
