Omron Weighing Indicator K3HB Calibration Procedure

Initial Setting Level L0 -: (Zero Calibration)

• Press Level button for min 3 secs. It displays in-tA

• To change the values in-tA, Press SHIFT button first. Then by UP
key set / change the value to bLC for Input type B.
• Press MODE key to go next option i.e FrE is put 50 Hz.
• Press mode key displays in PA1 (Keep Hopper / weigher empty).
• Press SHIFT & then UP, the display shows some value, to save
press UP key again.
• Press MODE key. The display shows dSP.A1. Change the value as 0
by pressing SHIFT & UP Keys. (End of Zero Calibration).
• Press MODE. The display shows dSP.A2.
• Press SHIFT & then UP key. Now Keep Weight on the Hopper /
Weigher. (Note-: Weight should be 80% of max capacity of Hopper
for accuracy).
• Press MODE and set the value of weight which is kept on the
Hopper.
• Press MODE for decimal point selection.
• To change Press SHIFT key, then press MODE key. (End of Span
Calibration).

Input adjustment level L1

• Press LEVEL button, displays E-Lim, Set it OFF by pressing Shift

and UP key.
• Press MODE displays StEP, press SHIFT & UP key set the value
OFF.
• Press MODE displays AuG-t, pressing SHIFT & UP key set the value
SnPl.
• Press MODE displays AuG-n, pressing SHIFT & UP key set the
value 1.
• Press MODE displays MEMO, set it ON.
 Display Adjustment level L2 - (Analog Settings)

• Press Level button, displays d.rEF set it OFF.

• Press MODE displays Color, press SHIFT and then by pressing UP
key set the colour as required.
• Press MODE displays dCSP, press SHIFT key & then by pressing
UP key set the value Pv.
• Press MODE displays rEt, press SHIFT key & then by pressing UP
key set the value 10.
• Press mode PoS-t, Press SHIFT key & then by pressing UP key set
the value INC.
• Press MODE PoS-H, Press SHIFT key & then by pressing UP key
set the value as required. (Max capacity of Hopper, e.g.3000)
• Press mode PoS-L, Press shift key & then by pressing up key set
the value as required (Agg=-30, Cement=-10,Water=-10, Admixture=-
0.5).

Linear output level Ls

• Press Level button, displays Lset.u then press shift key set the
value as required (e.g 0 to 5v,1 to 5v, 0 to 10v)
• Press mode displays LsetH, Press shift key & then by pressing up
key set the value as required.(Max capacity of Hopper, e.g.3000)
• Press mode LSet-L, Press shift key & then by pressing up key set
the value as required.(Agg=-30,Cement=-10,Water=-10,Admixture=-
0.5)
• Press level key For 3 sec.
