provide a profile of the curriculum currently provided personnel, special features and
physical features, etc. For the community profile provide information relative to its
socio-cultural, economic, political, geo-political life. You may include some
demographic information which you think affects the school.

Suggestion:

 You may refer to the information contained in the School Report Card (SRC).
However, you need to have this section written in narrative form.

Ensure that your work plan includes complete and appropriate set of activities per
activity/output, means of verification, and an indicative timeline for these activities and a
budget required to implement these activities. Use the three-year indicative plan to write
this section.

It is also required that you include professional development activities for the personnel
providing services in the academic areas which the school’s performance has been
deficient.

Suggestions:

 You do not need to include the work and financial plan matrix in this section.
Provide only a short narrative of the major focus of the plan, the budget required,
and how you intend to finance the plan.
 Include the 3-year Indicative Work and Financial Plan and the Annual Plan in the
Annex
