SMEA Conference Narrative Report

(1st Quarter)
AUGUST 28, 2018 @ 1 PM

The School M&E System is a mechanism for gathering, processing, analyzing,

interpreting and storing data and information about the learner’s progress, school
programs and projects and school stakeholders performance. The system sets into motion
a series of managerial actions for the purpose of ascertaining the realization of the school’s
objectives as outlined in the SIP.

Mulao Elementary School has conducted the SMEA Conference at exactly 1

o’clock in the afternoon on the said date together with the stakeholders. The program
started with the invocation followed by the singing of the National Anthem, Sugbo Hymn
and Compostela Hymn by multimedia. Mr. Dharwin Pepito – PTA President of Mulao ES
gave the words of welcome and Mr. Ireneo Tonacao our Principal gave the statement of
purpose. Next, Mr. Jefre L. Wenceslao presented the participants on the said conference.
The participants attended were the BOD Officers and all Homeroom PTA President,
Barangay Councilor representative Mrs. Teresita Bugtai, SPG Officers, all teachers and
the principal. Hon. Teresita Bugtai gave a message to everyone what is the function of the
stakeholders to the development and progress of the school and the school children. Then
the SMEA Coordinator, Joshua P. Tonacao, reported the extent of SMEA Implementation
and accomplishment of the school. After the report of the 1st Quarter SMEA, response by
the Principal, PTA President, and Barangay Captain followed. The conference was
formally closed by the BOD Secretary, Mrs. Mary Jane P. Orilla.

SMEA Conference was successfully done and ended at exactly 3:30 in the
afternoon.
