3. Artifact Description: Music in You- This artifact was a to practice creative ways of learning and
teaching which hit different learning typed and intelligences in order to teach students who
might learn better in a different way.

4. What you learned about your Multiple Intelligence results (include the scores from the survey):

I learned that I am primarily a linguistic, social, and musical learner. I learn well in groups, which is
something I have always thought. I like bouncing ideas off others and believe that some of the best
ideas are created when doing so. I am also not surprised to see that language is my top score. I enjoy
reading and writing and find that I am often best able to explain my thoughts when writing it down
or putting it into words. Musical finding its way into the top three did surprise me somewhat,
however. I have always loved music but never had much talent for it. I did enjoy those rare projects
where music would play a key role, however, and incorporate music into almost all my daily
activities.

Overall, I was happy to see that many of my scores were rather close to each other. I felt that they
represented my ability to try and learn in a variety of ways and how we as people don’t just learn in
one way, just as Gardner himself said in the video.

collections of artifacts that demonstrate meaningful connections or conclusions.

6b. Students create original works or responsibly repurpose or remix digital resources into new
creations.

6. Application of Skills Learned for the Future: I think that learning about the different intelligence
and the different way that students learn will be an extremely important part of teaching going
forward. I find it extremely important to remember that not all students pick things up right
away of learn in the same manner. You cannot just come to class and lecture every single say,
many students would struggle to learn. That’s why teachers must switch up their lesson plans
and try to engage with their students in new and innovative ways. Often times, these new
methods, such as creating an educational song, can be even more effective methods of teaching
a class when mixed with another strategy that hits on another one of the multiple intelligence.
