Position Summary:
Oversees multiple portions of the Order Fulfillment Operations. Supports the order fulfillment
and warehouse operations coordinating the functions to ensure the proper processes and staff are
in place to efficiently and effectively meet service level commitments. Active in projects that
impact warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the Order Fulfillment process regarding receiving, picking, packing and shipping.
• Focus on operations and support Component Warehouse Manager with observations and
information on Key Performance Indicators.
• Communicate (lead by example) mission, vision and values.
• Develop associates through effective use of the Performance Management Process and Wage
Reviews Program
• Maintains fair and consistent application of all company policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate support for corporate programs through words and actions.
• Assist plant leadership in driving and accomplishing key performance indicators.
• Resolve personnel issues or conflicts.
• Train and develop experienced associates.
• Plan and prioritize daily job assignments.
• Assist in the hiring process and new associate orientation.
• Perform job related administrative duties (Kronos, transfers, etc.)
• Search out, recommend and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate work activity of staff and temporary resources to achieve results.
• May coordinate with other Swagelok sites or suppliers
• Administer objectives for process and productivity targets.
• Provide effective oral and written communication to department, other departments, outside
contacts, customers, and managers.
• Coordinate work flows in and out of operations with internal and external departments.
• Familiarity with the various IS systems supporting warehousing operations. Ability to
orchestrate contingency plans when systems are down.
• Drive/lead initiatives focused on improving warehouse functions.
• Recommend methods for improving efficiency and effectiveness in both the immediate area of
responsibility as well as the organization.
• Perform other assigned duties as directed by management
Position Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma, Associate’s/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Experience: A high level of understanding of Warehousing Best Practices, Inventory
Management and basic overview of overall warehousing operations. Demonstrated leadership
experience.
Skills: Basic computer software skills (e.g. Microsoft Office), working knowledge and
understanding of the Distribution Center Warehouse Management System software (ROADS)
and Supervisory Skills as defined by Swagelok.

and support PNC's virtualized desktop platform. This individual will focus on VDI as it is

Provide follow up and support of pregnant/post-partum women, father/partners and
infants of the Healthy Family/Healthy Start (HF/HS) projects as they are transitioned into
other programs and services.
Facilitate community education and group support efforts for area residents and
participants.
Participate in HF/HS Consortia activities and events while encouraging participants to
participate as well.
Assist participants with environmental needs that may be barriers to receiving health

Promote the utilization and staff the Momobile when it is scheduled to provide services in
