FROM FATHER RICH
I am thankful and grateful to Fr. Tom McCarthy for accepting our invitation and
coming to lead us in prayer during our Parish Mission. I want to thank all of you,
who participated in our Mission and I hope that it was as fruitful for you as it was
for me. I can’t find words to thank those who organized our reception after each
Mass last weekend. I won’t mention their names because I know that they did it for
God and for the Church they love so much.
Today we celebrate Christ the King, which means that another Liturgical Year
is coming to an end. At the end of the year we usually do all kinds of summaries. It
is not easy to review and summarize the life of the church because the good deeds
of the spirit that we find in the church are impossible to measure. We cannot meas-
ure God’s grace, which we received during this past
Liturgical Year through the Sacraments and the
Eucharist. There are some things that we can sum-
marize and in today’s bulletin we include October
Count 2010 and Financial Report for the Fiscal Year
July 1, 2009 to June 30, 2010. Please take the bulletin
and look it over. Today at each Mass the Members of
the Finance Council will speak and they will be avail-
able for questions regarding the Financial Report in Rogers Hall after
each Mass.
This coming Thursday we will celebrate Thanksgiving and will
show our gratitude to God. I want to take this opportunity to thank all
of you again for everything you do for St. Albert the Great Parish. We
invite you to our morning Masses at 6:30 a.m. and 8:30 am on Thanks-
giving Day during which we’ll thank God for all the graces and blessings
we have been receiving from Him as a parish family for 61 years. Happy Thanksgiving!

Fr. Rich

ARCHDIOCESE OF CHICAGO November 2010

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

For four decades, ,the Catholic Campaign for Human Development (CCHD) has been a living ex-
ample of our Church’s social teaching in action. This year, the CCHD is funding twenty organizations
throughout Cook and Lake Counties that are helping seniors, youth, and families to help themselves.
The CCHD is committed to addressing the root causes of poverty, including the respect for life and the
dignity of all human beings, and to abiding strictly to the Catholic Church’s social teaching.
Please make a special effort during this Thanksgiving season to give generously to the CCHD Col-
lection during the weekend of November 20–21. Your contribution enables the CCHD to help build
God’s kingdom of life, peace and justice in our world today. One hundred percent of the CCHD’s
budget comes from individual donations of any size, just like yours. Your contribution does make
a powerful difference.
May God bless you for your support of the Catholic Campaign for Human Development. You and
those you love are in my prayers; please keep me in yours.
Sincerely yours in Christ,

Francis Cardinal George, O.M.I.

OD KS. RYSZARDA
W ubiegłą niedzielę przeżywaliśmy Odpust
Parafialny i 61-szą rocznicę naszej Parafii.
różnych obliczeń i podsumowań. Nie jest łatwo
podsumować życie Kościoła, ponieważ dobrych
uczynków, które wzbogacają Kościół nie można
zmierzyć. Nie jesteśmy w stanie zliczyć lub
zmierzyć ilości bezgranicznych Łask Bożych, które
otrzymaliśmy podczas całego Roku Liturgicznego
poprzez Sakramenty Święte i Eucharystię. Te
rzeczy i wydarzenia, które możemy ująć w cyfry
podajemy w dzisiejszym biuletynie. Jest to
mianowicie wynik październikowego liczenia wiernych uczęszczających na Msze Święte niedzielne w
roku 2010 oraz Raport Finansowy za okres od 1-go lipca 2009 do 30-go czerwca 2010 roku. Prosze
i hojne wspieranie Parafii Świętego Alberta.
REKOLEKCJE ADWENTOWE I SPOWIEDŹ
W ubiegłym tygodniu przeżywaliśmy w naszej parafii Rekolekcje w języku angielskim a Rekolekcje
Adwentowe w języku polskim odbędą się w piątek 10-go grudnia o godzinie 12:00
w południe i o 7:00 wieczorem, w sobotę 11-go grudnia o godzinie 12:00 w południe i o godzinie
7:00 wieczorem. Uroczyste zakończenie Rekolekcji odbędzie się w niedzielę 12-go grudnia w czasie
o modlitwie w intencji owocnych Rekolekcji i dobrej spowiedzi Adwentowej. Bóg zapłać, szczęść Boże!

Ks. Ryszard
Pod koniec Mszy
Świętej Ksiądz
zapowiada pieśń: Najlepsze Życzenia z okazji
“Jezusa ukrytego”
znajdziemy w śpiewniku 45-tej Rocznicy Ślubu
na stronie 116, a po dla
Mszy zaśpiewamy
“Przybądz Duchu”
Frank & Margaret Zygmunt
wraz z orkiestrą.
