Dear Mr. Chisel,

I, ADRIAN MARVIN, hereby agree to send the box(es) by FedEx and or Airborne
courier to the transaction point in U.S. to be placed in escrow in B.M.G.G. Limited
Name.

It is understood that the box(es) will be sent only after signature of the contract by
B.M.G.G. Limited and complete immunity received. So the closing mechanics are
secure.

Also I am told that within 24 hours of the boxes arriving in the U.S. they will be
inspected and paid for – so this is a quick closing.

Please, could you submit my Sealed Box bearing Numbers D 00454501 with SC No.
1226-71; and PD No. 71-74.

Please, confirm me which boxes will be accepted for closing to permit the moving in
very short time.

Furthermore, I accept the last price proposed of 24 Million by 25 Billion Face Value
of the Box payable immediately after authentication in B.M.G.G. Account opened in
Standard Chartered Bank of Hong Kong and I confirm that the sharing will be as
already agreed in our MOU to permit the funding of the B.M.G.G. Group’s Project.
