leoder into the wider slot of the Toke-Up Spool in
the Upper Film Chomber, then turn the Film Winding
Knob. Moke surethot the filmleoder is plocedevenly.

comero body. Replocethe comero bock ond tock it
in ploce.

Field", ond it vories with the lens operfure. The smoller the operture the greoter the Depth-

of-Fiefd; it is much lorger ot f :22 thon ot f :3.5.

At the focusing knob is o scole which will indicote the Depth-of-Field when the comero is

focused ot vorious distonces. You will notice thot on either side of the f:3.5 figure is o

similor set of numbers which represent lens opertures. When the comero is focused on your

s u b i e c t l o o k f o r i h e o p e r t u r e y o u o r e u s i n go n e i t h e r s i d e

o f t h e s c o l e t o d e t e r m i n et h e D e p t h - o f F i e l d . Thus, if the

comero is focused ot l0 feet ond the lensoperture is f :8
