The Board of Trustees considered the proposal for opening account of the ERODE

Branch, ERODE, after discussion, the following resolution was passed:

“UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED THAT an account in the name of the ERODE ROUNDTABLE 98

CHARITABLE TRUST be opened with HDFC Bank LTD (Scheduled/Commercial Bank) , @ ERODE, and that
HDFC Bank be and is hereby authorized to honor all cheques, promissory notes, and other instruments drawn by
and all bills accepted on behalf of the TRUST whether such account be in credit or overdrawn, and to accept and
credit to the account of the TRUST all moneys deposited with or owing by HDFC Bank on any account or accounts
at any time or times, kept or to be kept in the name of the TRUST and the amount of all cheques, notes, bills,

Party Fund Transfer facility in respect of a Current Account being opened for the Company /
LLP / Trust / Society / Association of Persons / Club with HDFC Bank Limited at its branch.
