Course: Presentation Skills Term : II

Course Credit :2 Total Session: 20 + 2

Course Objective : To provide students with some of the key skills required to
perform effectively as managers.

Outcomes: This course aims to improve students’ understanding of the


concepts, principles, methods and practices of presentation skills:

 Plan a presentation keeping the audience in mind


 Develop clear objectives for their presentation
 Use ‘attention grabbers’ to enhance their opening
 Develop effective visual aids
 Use several different methods and tools for presenting
 Use positive presentation style behaviors
 Practice their skills of presenting

End Term Examination: 2 hours duration consisting of parts A, B, and C for

Mid Term Examination: 1.30 hours duration. Answer any 4 questions

Group Presentation: a comprehensive project on a chosen topic is prepared
and presented as a group
Individual Presentation: a comprehensive project on a chosen topic is

Quiz/Class Test: best scores of 2 out of 3 tests will be taken for grading
