ABSTRACT

MEMORIZING THE QUR’AN AND TRANSLATION THROUGH THE KAUNY


QUANTUM MEMORY (KQM) METHOD IN QUR’AN HADITS LEARNING
ON THE THIRD GRADE STUDENTS OF MADRASAH IBTIDAIYAH
MA’ARIF 1 BUMI MULYA IN 2018/2019

This classroom Action Research was carried out as an innovation in the Al-Qur’an Hadits
learning method, especially in memorizing verses and their translations in Al-Qur’an Hadits
learning on the third grade students of MI Ma’arif 1 Bumi Mulya.
The aim of this study was to find out how the results of the Kauny Quantum Memory (KQM)
method implementation in the Qur’an Hadits learning. The study was done in two cycles. The data
collection techniques were observation, interview, tests, and documentation.
The data obtained was then analyzed and reflected. The purpose was to find out the ability
of students achievement in each cycle. The evaluation tools in the study were written test and oral
test. The class action research model developed by Kemish and Mc. Tagart using four research
components. They were planning, action, observation, and reflection in an interrelated spiral
system.
The results of the study showed

The results of the research data analysis showed that the Qur’an Hadits learning in the
Qur’an memorization material and its translation through the Kauny Quntum Memory (KQM)
method proved to be able to achieve the pre-cycle percentage results of 47, 28%, cycle I was 67,
93%, and cycle II was 71, 73%. Based on the results of the last observation it can be conluded
that there is an increase in learning outcomes using the method of Kuny Quantum Memory (KQM).
Based on the responses of the teacher board after seeing the method of learning Kauy
Quantum Memory (KQM) used can be used as one of the learning methods in memorizing the
Qur’an and its translation so that students can memorize easily and pleasantly, and are more active
in learning.
Hence it is necessary to hold teacher training in order to design, understand, and practice
this method in learning and required socialization of learning to memorize the AQur’an using the
Kauny Quantum Memory (KQM) method for students to support success and improve the quality
of the Qur’an Hadits learning.
