Contract dates Deposit

The start date of your contract will depend on which Hall
you’re in.

• Contract start 16 September 2017, ends 23 June 2018
(40 weeks) or 8 September 2017 (51 weeks)
• Contract start 17 September 2017, ends 24 June 2018
(40 weeks) or 9 September 2018 (51 weeks)
A deposit of £250 is payable to the University of Reading when
you accept an offer of accommodation.
Payment instalments
Accommodation instalments are not equal amounts. The
payment due dates can be viewed on your accommodation offer
via the RISIS web portal.

Catering
For students living in catered halls, the following terms and
conditions will apply www.reading.ac.uk/Cater_Catering_
packages_Terms_and_Conditions.aspx. The fees for catered
packages include your room cost and your termly weekly cater-
ing allowance of £65.03, which is loaded onto your Campus Card.
