Certi cations
Enerpac is certi ed for several quality standards. These standards require compliance with standards for management, administration, product development
and manufacturing.

Enerpac’s Quality Management System is certi ed to the ISO 9001-2015 requirements.  This accreditation is overseen by Dekra which is our certifying body.

 
NEN-EN-ISO 14001:2015

Netherlands: Development, manufacturing, assembly, testing, sales and distribution of high pressure hydraulic equipment and Heavy Lifting Technology.
Certi ed by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance.

 
NEN-EN-ISO ISO 3834-2:2005

Hengelo, The Netherlands: standard and custom solutions of hydraulic lifting equipment and drive systems, such as gantry cranes, stand jacks, skidding
systems and self-propelled modular transporters (SPMT’s). Certi ed by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance.

ATP-1500, ZA and XA-Series air-motor driven pumps, and S- and W-Series Torque Wrenches are tested and certi ed according to the Directive 94 / 9 / EC
“ATEX Directive”. The explosion protection is for equipment group II, equipment category 2 (hazardous area zone 1), in gas and/or dust atmospheres. ATP-
1500, ZA and XA-Series pumps are marked with: Ex II 2 GD ck T4.

CE Marking & Conformity

Enerpac provides Declarations of Conformity, Declarations of Incorporation, and CE marking for products that conform to the European Community
Directives.

 
EMC Directive 2004/108/EC

Where speci ed, Enerpac electric power pumps meet the requirements for Electromagnetic Compatibility per EMC Directive 2004/108/EC.

 
ASME B30.1–2004

Our cylinders fully comply with the criteria set forth by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (except RD, BRD, HCL, LPL, CUSP and JHA series).

Product Design Criteria

All hydraulic components are designed and tested to be safe for use at maximum 10,000 psi unless otherwise speci cally noted.

Where speci ed, Enerpac electric power units meet the design, assembly and test requirements of The Standards Council of Canada (CAN C22.2 No. 68-92),
and UL73 for the United States. Units were tested and certi ed for both USA and Canada by TUV, a nationally recognized testing laboratory.

 
DIN-ISO 1402: 2009

Enerpac rubber and thermoplastic hoses and hose assemblies are related to the criteria set forth in DIN-ISO 1402: 2009.

 
OHSAS 18001:2007
