I always like playing with numbers since my childhood.

I found
computer science is one area which has a strong mathematical flavor
& which requires excellent analytical skills. I am strong in both of
them. I find that my motivation, as well as my aptitude, is the
strongest in this field. Hence I started nurturing myself by developing
requisite skills in programming; computer fundamentals etc. right
from school days & dreamed to become a computer engineer from
reputed institute & then become Entrepreneur one day. That’s reason I
am here in VNIT – studying Computer Science & Engineering.

When I heard other day you talking passionately about your

organization Officebox, technologies you are working & your vision,
I simply got charged. I reached to the decision; this can be right place
to start getting my first corporate exposure of IT industry.

Cloud is the future of IT. Simply because of its features like Pay as
you go model for end customers, scalability, access at anytime from
anywhere etc. Major players are moving from desktop based
applications to web based applications on cloud. For example -
Google Docs, Google Apps, Office 365 – cloud based Mail solution,
Office Web Apps - an online office suite offered by Microsoft, many
e-commerce applications etc. We also have CRM, Inventory
management, project management, CRM solutions as cloud based
offerings from various organizations.

Considering these facts, I want to associate with organization where I

can get an opportunity work on cloud based solutions. This can be
reality if I can work with Officebox as part of internship program.

I have strong experience in C, C++, and SQL …. I completed ethical

hacking class in VNIT. I am doing self-study to learn Python, PHP
both though campus classroom training, online lectures from IIT,
Bombay & from USA university.

Academically also I am very strong. My current CGPA is 8.93. I

passed various competitive exams in Mathematics during my school
days like Pravinya, Pragnya, scholarship exams etc.
I also developed web site for one of the project initiated in campus
under ACM India. I participated in autonomous robot competition
both at VNIT and at IIT Bombay. My role was to develop program in
C language for robot maneuvering. In short, I have always been the
front runner to participate in competitive events. In fact, I was the
project leader for these events. I am active member of committees
like ACM, Astro and IEEE in VNIT to keep my knowledge updated.

I am team player. I can get along very well with my peers, faculties &
seniors.

Keeping in mind of my long-term goals, my immediate objective is to

get maximum knowledge in development of Cloud based
applications. I am aware of the kind of dedication, perseverance and
resolve I need to have for a fruitful career in this area. I believe my
background has not only qualified me technically but also given me
the right mind-set for such a career.

I look forward to joining Officebox for doing internship to take small

step to achieve larger goal my life.
