I. OBJECTIVES:

b. Determine the use of verbs and
c. Construct sentences using common verbs
A.INTRODUCTION
Prayer

Motivation
Do you have a favorite cartoon character?
Who is your favorite cartoon character?
B.INTERACTION
Ask the pupils about their favorite cartoon character and tell them about your
favorite character too. Then, introduce to them your favorite cartoon character
and show them the picture about “Phineus and Ferb” and let them read the
story entitled “The outer space adventure of Phineas and Ferb”
After they read the story let them ask the following questions:
Did you understand the story?
Who are the Characters of the story?
Where did they go?
What did they do in the moon?
What do Phineas and Ferb does first in the moon, when they arrived?
Deepen the discussion about the story presented and ask the pupils about the
different activities that Phineus and Ferb do in the story. Let them show
pictures of activities that happen in the story and let them identify what are the
words being described. Then, introduce to them the VERB as an action word
and discussed to the pupils what is verb.
GENERALIZATION:
What are verbs?
What do we call to the word that shows cation?
C.INTEGRATION
Let the pupils group themself into 5 groups, Instruct them the activity that will
happen. Every groups should have 1 short bond paper in which they were ask
to make 10 sentences that has an action words.
