Following Items need to be prepared in advance:

2.7/8” and Ready on the rig floor.
3.1/2” elevator
Correct tong Install tong dice and ensure the correct size installed

Tubing drift Drift size
Tubing Tong Calibrate the tong Make up torque:
3.1/2” Optimum torque : 2280 ft-lbs
Tubing Measured the tubing and give the measurement to WSE
BP assembly Ensure all assembly is available onsite.
Measured the assembly from box to pin.
Draw the configuration of the assembly.
Running list WSE to prepare running list for the beam pump completion

RUNNING IN BP COMPLETION
Following well control items need to be prepared prior to RIH completions
Drillers to Prepare / Check Tick
FOSV+ Key
Well control X-over from tubing to FOSV connection
Fluid on the active tank

Well control Plan

Risk Action
Well flowing while RIH tubing. Perform flow check for positive indication.
Space out strings.
Stab in FOSV and close it.
Close annular BOP
Open HCR
Monitor pressure and record for every 5mins

1. PJSM prior to running in beam pump completion

2. P/U Bull plug c/w with 3.1/2” EUE sand anchor and RIH.
3. P/U and M/U 3.1/2” EUE Perforated Joint and RIH
4. P/U and M/U 3.1/2”x 20’ THAM pump barrel and RIH. Fill up tubing to confirm the S/V not leaking.
 Notified WSE if the THAM pump leaking.

5. P/U and M/U 2.7/8” EUE pin x 3.1/2” EUE Box c/w H/Drain.
6. Continue RIH completion strings in single from deck as per given running list.
 Ensure torque are calibrated and witness by drillers to achieve Optimum torque
7. P/U hanger and land hanger to set S/V at 887mbthf.
8. Fill up tubing with water and observed fluid level.
9. Screw in tie down bolt.
10. Install BPV inside hanger profile. Review SOP prior to install BPV.
11. R/D handling gear. Remove Working floor.
12. N/D 7.1/16” annular BOP and N/U x-mass tree. Retrieved BPV and install TWCV.
13. P/T X-mass tree to 2800kPa in stages from LOW 1400kPa to High 2800kPa for 15mins. Record P/T.
