4 Monitoring and Communication
Requirements

 The Inverter must be equipped with local Required
monitor which is capable of displaying and
warning at least the following parameters:

Inverter shall have the remote monitoring Required

5 Lightning and Earthing Requirements:
The AC and DC Combiner Boxes must be Required
integrated inside the Inverter. If those Boxes
are separate from Inverter, the manufacturer
shall confirm the conformance of
interconnection between the AC, DC
Combiner Boxes and the Inverter.
Inverter shall be equipped with anti-over Required
induce voltage protection for both AC and DC
sides of the Inverter

Otherwise, Manufacturers should provide the following further information:

1. Submit the Track Record expressing about name of similar projects, the
number of similar Inverters provided and operation history of such
Inverters, that they will be imported/used in Viet Nam.
2. Experiences and Capacity of Manufacturer (Beginning year of
manufacturing, Material Standard, manufactured Standard, Testing
Standard and Testing Result of similar Inverter.
3. Operation life of Inverter (how many year?), how about maintenance
period/condition and which parts of Inverter will be regularly maintained
or replaced during operation life of Inverter.
