Serves – 2

Ingredients:

SNACKS RECIPES

Cucumber – 1 cup chopped into small pieces(You can grate it


also)
Salt to taste
Water – 3/4 cup
Yogurt / Curd – 2 tblspn

CAKE RECIPES

For Grinding:
Coconut – 1/4 cup
Green Chilli – 1
Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam – 1/2 tsp

For Tempering:
Oil – 1 tsp
Mustard Seeds / Kaduku – 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves – 5

Method:
CHUTNEY RECIPES

Take grinding ingredients in a blender, add some water and make


into a smooth paste. Set this aside till use.

Now take cucumber in a kadai. Season this with salt. Cover with
water and bring that to a boil. Simmer and cover the pot and

cook till the cucumber is cooked.

Now add in the ground masala and mix well. Bring that to a boil.

Once it boils. switch off the flame. Now let it cool for 5 mins. 

Add curd and mix well.

Now make tempering, by heating oil and crackling in mustard DIABETICS RECIPE

and curry leaves.

Add this tempering over the pachadi and mix well.

Serve with rice.
