 Structured and Proven ASAP methodology used for SAP Implementation, Roll out and Migration
Projects
 Other than SAP Project, use MS Project / excel templates for drawing all Project related activities,
resource mapping, major milestones including PERT/CPM
 Make a Business Case for any major IT Infrastructure /Application Project for buying by Business
Heads so during development and implementation stage they can be involved.
 Experience in setting up robust IT infrastructure and fault tolerant systems.
 Experience in IT Budgeting exercise for CAPEX and OPEX items
 Experience in drawing IT Strategy Plan fully aligned with Business Plan .
 Experience in setting up IT Policies viz. Security Policy, Hardware/Software Procurement Policy, Data
intrusion and Safeguard Policy, IT Audit Policy, Disaster and uninterrupted Business continuation
Policy, Overall IT Governance Policy
 Skill and experience in enterprise Business Planning , Budgeting and Consolidation using Hyperion
 Skill and experience in IT Cost optimization by introducing and implementing proven approach and
out of box thinking
 Skill and experience in evaluation of IT Package Application and other IT Infra related material
 Skill and experience in setting up IT Organization structure including cross function role and
responsibilities for an uninterruptable service to Business Users
 Skill and experience in maintaining IT Application and Hardware uptime by 24*7 and for the entire
365 days in a year
 Have a very disciplined approach towards work, start my work early morning till 5.30 to 6PM and
later in the late evening. The important work like strategy and approach to improve user satisfaction
level, approach to resolve internal / external conflicts if any, finding new technology which overall
will improve ease of business processes and approach for adoptability, strategic thinking & planning,
integration and implementation approach particularly in areas of analytics and dashboards, all
these are reserved for morning session , later in day concentrate on operation aspect. It does not
mean that any critical operational related work is left unattended.
