Park Controls & Communications Pvt Ltd, is a 30 years old company that services the Defense
& Avionics domain through specialized products and design services, both India & abroad. The
company is super headed by Mr. PJB Noble (Director – Commercial) and Mr. MP Sastri
(Director – Technical).
Our Vision:
We have ambitious plans to become Rs.100 Crores organization in the next 3years and are well
on our way to crossing that milestone.

defense and aerospace related support systems through design services, legacy upgrade solutions
and data acquisition applications of supreme quality in a dynamic and growth oriented world
market.

PCC is known for their products & services that meet the precise and customized requirements
of the users and their applications. PCC is well accredited with certifications for AS9100C,ISO
9001:2008 & CEMILAC standards and is recognized as a Government of India approved R&D
unit.

PCC is registered with National Small Industries Corporation of India.


PCC also holds license from the Indian Government for production of Defense LRUs.

 Working Hours:

The normal office working hours of the company are 9AM – 5:30PM with 30 minutes of
lunch break, Monday to Friday. On Saturday, we work from 9am to 1pm.

The 2nd Saturday of every month is a holiday.

 Leave Policies:

All leave policies are applicable for permanent employees. Within probation period
employee can avail only 1 Casual Leave/month.

Casual leave can taken a maximum 3 days at a time. Sundays & holidays do not will nor treated
as CL. Casual leave taken should be with due information to the supervisor on the day of the
leave taken.

1. Earned leave of 24 days in a year.


2. Sick leave of 8 days in a year.
3. Casual leave 12 days in a year.
4. Public holidays which will be decided by the company.

 Dress Code Policies:

As an employee of PCC, we expect you to present a clean and professional appearance when
you represent us,

All employees should be in formals from Monday to Thursday. On Friday and Saturdays
casual dresses are acceptable. However if an employee is on client visit then he/she should
be in formal.
 Salary & Deductions :

As per legal policies PF & Professional tax will be deducted from the salary. Please find
another breakup deduction from your appointment letter.

Regular full time employees are not covered by ESI, are offered health insurance program,
with company participation to include their eligible dependents.

Less than 21,000 gross salary employees are not eligible for medical insurance.

Please reach out to HR Department for more information on Insurance policy.

If anyone is willing to take advance salary or loan, this will be deducted in next six months
from salary. Only confirmed employees who have completed 2years at PARK are eligible
for loan/salary advance.

 Conveyance & Reimbursement Procedure:


The manager of the employee shall authorize all cash reimbursement claims. The
reimbursement of expenses incurred must be claimed within 30days of incurring the
expenditure. The company will not reimburse personal expenses.

Amount that can be claimed by employees as Conveyance reimbursement when using


personal two-wheelers/four wheelers as the mode of travel for official purpose are as
follows:

For 2-wheeler: Rs 5 per km (All the Employees)

For 4-wheelers: Rs 7.5 per km (Manager’s and above)
