15.000 psi Bucket Pump. It is ideal for valve
lubrication in the field, when an air supply is not
available. Equipped with a 15.000 psi hand pump,
canister, 10” grease hose, 15.000 psi liquid filled
gauge with cover, swivels spring loaded follower
plate, pressure release an W-2 safety adapter for
safe valve lube sealant injection. A giant button

reduces Operating Torque, Softens old dried out Lubricants / Sealants and
displaces harmful solids that are impacted in the critical grease grooves of the
valve.

Valve Cleaner and Valve Purge are specially formulated to soften and
displace hardened deposits including old Lubricants & Sealants, inert solids,
and lacquer& corrosion deposits. They work on All types and brands of
valves including Rockwell, Cameron, Walworth, WKM, Grove, TK,
Nordstrom, FMC, M&J and KF usually within 30 minutes to an hour,
depending upon the severity of the blockage.
Either product is easily applied with a high pressure Hydraulic Grease Gun
(model # 14) or any of our Air Operated Valve Lubrication pumps. Then the
valve should be cycled several times, if possible. After Valve Cleaner or
Valve Purge has freed the valve, simply relubricate your valve with one of
our The LUBRIALLOYS™ Valve Lube Sealants.
They contain NO solid fillers, thus eliminating the need for Valve Cleaner or
Valve Purge.
Note: In some severe cases, Valve Cleaner may require additional time to
soften hardened deposits. Valve Cleaner and Valve Purge are Safe for All
types of valves. These products will NOT damage your valves soft, critical

Tiger Pak is injection type Valve Stem Packing with a high Teflon® content. It is blended
with a solvent resistant synthetic oil and selected anti-extrusion fibers. This matrix is
