required to resubmit with the following revisions.
Dyeing shed building

As-Built Drawings:
1. Provide the north sign on drawing.
Review Comments: Provided
2. Provide Architectural/Floor Use drawings.
Review Comments: Provided. If the stairs are separated from the main structure, please provide separate
design check documents. If not please include the stairs in main structure.
Column orientation not matched. Sectional representations of grid A, B, C need to revise.
3. Mention Lintel/Tie Beam layout, Gable wall thickness and connection between wall and frame.
Review Comments: Wall thickness and connection not provided.
4. Provide detail sectional drawing for wall bracing and deck slab.
Review Comments: Provided
5. Provide the main beam to sub-beam connection details.
Review Comments: Provided.

Load Plan:
1. Provide a load plan for all floor (1st floor, Mezzanine floor).

Material test report:
1. Provide test report for 50 Ksi steel otherwise, use 36 Ksi.

EA Report:
1. The EA must be carried out considering BNBC-2006 provision. Revise the documents considering
BNBC.

2. Provide wind load calculation in the EA report.
Review Comments: Provided

3. Provide reference of lateral displacement limit, BUILDING DEFLECTION output attachment not
provided.
Review Comments: In output all the displacement, deflection check not incorporated.
Deflection/Displacement for WL, DL+LL need to provide. Also the from the output the displacement not
in control.
4. From the view of side elevation, it seems that high gable wall without any restraint, please incorporate
gable wall adequacy check.
Review Comments: Not provided.
Model:
1. Roof Dead Load and Live load not matched.
Review Comments: Not corrected. Include the wall load, toilet B/U load, FF load. WL assignment in the
Z direction and Wind assignment in X-direction wall need to revise. Revise the load combination as per
BNBC.
2. Recheck the grid dimension, Eve & Ridge height, Member assignment, Bracing Layout.
Review Comments: Grid dimension not corrected. Member assignment at grid-8, grid-3 not corrected,
retrofitting member assignment not corrected, bracing layout not matched. column breaks at grid 7-A,
3. Use proper specifications for structural member (Moment release from Bracing/Sub Beam, Bracing as
cable).
Review Comments: Check for roof bracing. Provide reason behind using MAIN-1 for all main structural
members.

Remediation
1. Several members found over stressed provide remediation plan with other necessary documents.
Review Comments: Still overstressed member in after retrofit model, correct the retrofit scheme.
Please submit all the necessary documents within 20th July 2019
