Session 2: IPCRF and MOV’s ; Preparation of Presentation
Duration of Session: 2 hours
Key Understandings to be developed
IPCRF is a profound tool to rate the performance of every employee hence, the presentation of every IPCRF must be provided with MOV’s through power point presentation.
Learning Objectives At the end of the session, the participants are able to: 1. Prepare their IPCRF and MOV’s for presentation;
2. Develop their own style of presenting/defence of their IPCRF;
3. Acquire skill in using Slide show/PowerPoint and its feature to present IPCRF.

Introductory Activity (Optional)
Present a sample IPCRF presentation through Power Point Presentation. Introduce the feature “LINK” of power point presentation.
Activity 1 ( 25 minutes) Form 5 groups using a creative strategy. (Each group will be assisted by ICT expert.) Each group will create slides using the different “LINK” options of Power Point Presentation.
1. Ask each group to present their slide on different link options.
Analysis (20 minutes)
Open forum will follow after each presentation. Ask participants to share their insights
Abstraction (15 minutes)
Discuss through a power point presentation the following: What is the feature “LINK” of Power point presentation Practicability of power point presentation of presenting IPCRF
Application (60) Walk the participants on the versatility of power point presentation in presenting IPCRF. Instruct the participants to prepare a slide presentation of their IPCRF linking their objectives to its MOV’s
Concluding Activity (10 minutes)
Extend to the participants words of thanks
