General

has been conducted HAZOP review for existing PRODUCT TANK (V-001 A/B) & INTERMEDIATE TANK (V-
401A/B) which located at NGBC plan.

Furthermore of HAZOP review modification of this tank is required, such as additional Nozzle.
Considering the tank has been operated since 2008 and containing CS2 which really explosive, detail
analysis for modification of this tank is required to identify actual condition of the tank and impact of
modification for these tanks.

Therefore would to appoint reliable consultant for detail assessment implementation of HAZOP result in
term of additional load on roof, strength calculation based on actual measured tank thickness and also
remaining life time of tank.

Final result of assessment shall be implemented for applied of HAZOP recommendation.

2. Scope of Works

The consultant shall have experience for handling and reassessment of API tank according with API 653
inspection, testing Tank. The works of assessment is as follow:

1. 3D scanner of tank.
2. Re-evaluation of tank PRODUCT TANK (V-001 A/B) & INTERMEDIATE TANK (V-401A/B).
3. Applied Structural/ load strength of modification of tank.
4. Generate Tank Calculation as per API 650 12ed years 2016 with actual thickness.
5. Conduct FEA for all considering load (Including allowable nozzle load).
6. Generate document/Procedure Analyzing report.

Above scope of works is minimum scope of works, any additional works besides above scope of works
shall be informed to purchaser. And can be conducted prior Purchaser approval.
