India. As Program Manager reporting to the director I am heading IT projects in retail supply chain, HR, store management and MIS.
A. Implementation of warehouse management system of Infor for PAN India warehouses. Working on Research and development on RFID for retail supply chain.
B. I have successfully implemented human resource management system across future group companies, including planning & maintenance of smart cards for
25000 employees with CMS card readers for online attendance system and implementation of complete Hire to retire Human Resource System.
C. I have successfully implemented Reflexis store management system across all Big bazars formats of PRIL. This is planned to be implemented in all other
formats as well.
D. Presently, I am heading implementation & development of MIS for PRIL. MIS is evolved using role based approach across formats & streamlining the
available reports.
E. I have developed professional ways of vendor evaluation for various software systems.
