Instructions and Schedule for Completion of Admission Formalities for the

UG and PG Candidates allotted to HNLU
1st July 2019

As specified in the CLAT-2019 Calendar, all the candidates who have been allotted to HNLU
under the Updated Third Allotment List published on 28Ul June 2019 are required to complete the
admission formalities by personally reporting to the University and to deposit the balance amount of
fees, relevant certif
icates/documents as per the schedule given below:

The NRI/NRI Sponsored Candidates, Foreign Nationals, the Wards of Kashmiri Migrants and
the students from Jammu & Kashmir who have applied for admission to HNLU directly responding to
the Admission Notifications published earlier on the University website fwww.hnlu.ac.in*) and the
selected candidates who will be offered provisional admission are also required to complete the
admission formalities as per the same schedule.

LL. B. (Hons.)/LL. M. Program will have to produce the proof of having passed the qualifying
examination with the required percentage of marks and submit the complete set of documents on

Program, who have appeared in the qualifying examination and their results are awaited, may

3. MODE OF PAYMENT OF FEES:

Various categories of fees payable to the University are not to be paid through one and the same instrument, i.e.
all the fees are not to be paid through one single Demand Draft. In other words, they are to be deposited through
separate Demand Drafts. While the balance or full amount of Admission and Annual Fees are to be deposited
through one Demand Draft, the Hostel Mess Charges are to be paid through another Demand Draft. However,
both the Demand Drafts are to be drawn in favour of "Registrar, Hidayatullah National Law University,
