Responsibilities:

 Supervision and assuring that the construction is as per the final issued drawings which includes
Structural & finishing works.
 Ensure quality of building materials, concrete, etc... Through various tests.
 Rich knowledge in finishing standards & quality control.
 Identify target submission dates for approval as required by contract.
 Day to day management of site and preparing reports as required & Coordination with sub-contractors
for the smooth flow of work.
 Ensuring that all materials used for work on site used as per specifications & Ensure that all the works
meets the stipulated quality standards.
 Proper management of materials and workmanship.
 Preparing weekly and monthly progress report to be submitted to the director.
 Inspect and approve all construction activities at site.
 Co-ordination between site & Engineering team of the project, Checking plans, drawings & Quantities
for accuracy of calculation.

AUTOCAD
Responsibilities:

 Delivering precise and quality drawings that facilitate engineers in planning, supervising and
executing the work at site.
 Preparing accomplished assignments on time, which is a key factor in completing the projects on
time.
 Preparation of drawings as per the given Specifications, Architectural, Structural details.
 The job involves designing part and also execution of the plans, which is both onsite and offsite. It
also includes taking responsibilities of the planning.
 Preparation of Plans, Full Sections, Elevation of Residential and Commercial Flats, Doors &
Windows, Schedules, Slab layout, column & footing details Landscaping drawings of Parks, in house
gardens, and Community public parks.
 Coordinate with other departments for the successful completion of projects.
 Follow-up and coordination of Architectural drawing.
 Detailed review of All Architectural drawings of main components of the Projects for the
formulation of 3D computer models as per given design criteria.
