We choose the activities U and V to be crashed because there are a potential days to decrease the work days. As explained in Gantt Chart
the end of our working days will be in August 25, 2019. However it's reached the personal due date that Rikert has been set before August
23, 2019. If we tried to pushed again the date by crashing the activities U and V then the due date will be in August 21, 2019.
