Introduction

The technical study assesses the detailed discussion about the project. This consists of materials,
equipment, and source of the supplies use in the proposed project and also the operator’s
qualification.

A. The Service

Our service TSU TRANSIT brings us a convenient, safe, cheap and predictable
schedule for travelling. With no unwanted stoppages and delays. The TSU TRANSIT is a service
provider for TSU students. TSU TRANSIT system is that it allows for greatly reduced travel
time as each destination is connected to each other directly. Eliminates the unwanted causing
delays upon travel. And a system that gives safety assurance for the TSU students.

B. Service Process

The service process will be classified into two ways: with and without beep cards.

With beep cards:

1. The student shall buy beep card at the business center of the university.
The customer will fill out a form for terms and agreements. Before giving
the beep card, the customer shall pay the amount of 150 PHP at the
cashier.

2. The student shall load the beep card at the designated area.
The customer will present the beep card upon loading at the cashier with
no minimum amount required. The customer will receive a reward points
if they consecutively load 100 pesos for 3 times.
 3. The student shall go to the TSU Transit station.
The student will walk to go to the station and wait for the bus arrival.

4. The student will enter the bus then the student shall push the green button
and tap the beep card in the sensor machine.
Upon entering the bus, the student will see the two buttons that indicates
green button for students with beep cards and red for students without
beep cards. They will push the correct button indicated for them then tap
the beep card in the sensor machine.

5. The student will choose their desired seat.

The customer shall seat comfortably while waiting for the departure.

Without beep cards:

1. The student shall go to the TSU Transit station

The student will walk to go to the station and wait for the bus arrival.

2. The student shall present their school I.D to the personnel in charge and pay
the corresponding fee.
After arriving at the station, the student will present their school I.D. to
check their identity and pay the fare to the person in charge.

3. The student will enter the bus and push the red button.
Upon entering the bus, the student will push the red button that indicates
students without beep cards.

4. The student will choose their desired seat.

The customer shall seat comfortably while waiting for the departure.

C. Service Schedule

The service will operate every Tuesday to Friday. It will all start operating at 5:45 am.
The service will only have a schedule in morning and evening. TSU transit expects an increase in
demand as time goes by because of the good performance and satisfying service provided. When
the demand increases the service might include Monday and Saturday schedules.
