Gaya Gaya, San Jose Del Monte City, Bulacan Province under Lot 370-C, PSD-429297
covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 040-2017000467 dated 10 January 2017. A copy
of the Transfer Certificate of Title No.040-2017000467 in the name of Romellora J
Corporation is hereto attached as ANNEX C and made an integral part hereof;

2. As an act of its ownership, the Romellora Corp. consistently paid for its real
property tax with the Office of the City Assessor at Antipolo City. A copy of Tax Declaration
paid by the Plaintiff is hereto attached as ANNEX D and made an integral part hereof. Such
tax declaration indicating that the market value of the property exceeds Twenty thousand
pesos (P20,000.00);

3. On the other hand, the following defendants are the owners of the respective,
adjacent lots:

A. Leonarda N. Bautista owns the lot in Brgy. Gaya Gaya, Municipality of San Jose Del
Monte, Bulacan Province under Lot 1352-A-1 of the (LRA) Psd-391448 under
T.C.T. No. T-61750 P(M);
B. Generosa N. Bautista owns the lot in Brgy. Gaya Gaya, Municipality of San Jose Del
Monte, Bulacan Province under Lot 1352-A-2 of the (LRA) Psd-391448 T.C.T. No.
T-61751 P(M);
C. Spouses Rolando Bautista and Juana Bautista owns the lot in Brgy. Gaya Gaya,
Municipality of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan Province under Lot 1352-A-5 of the
(LRA) Psd-391448 T.C.T. No. T-61754 P(M);
D. Sebastian N. Bautista owns the lot in Brgy. Gaya Gaya, Municipality of San Jose Del
Monte, Bulacan Province under Lot 1352-A-6 of the (LRA) Psd-391448T.C.T. No.
T-61755 P(M); and
