Committee.

In terms of Section 4(1) of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace [Prevention, Prohibition

and Rehabilitation] Act, 2013 the Company requires to constitute Sexual Harassment
Committee and subsequent approval of the Board, Women Representative from the State
Commission for Women has been recommended for being Member & Chairperson in the
Internal Complaints Committee.

We shall feel obliged if you kindly nominate one Women Representative from the State
Commission to act as Member & Chairperson of the Internal Complaints Committee. The terms
& conditions & fees of the Representative may kindly be in indicated for us to act further in the
matter.

You are requested to kindly inform the following:-

1) Fees per sitting of the Chairperson

2) Transportation cost for attending the meeting or in lieu, if transportation facility
provided by the Company, Whichever is acceptable.
3) Other fees, if any
