With the purchase of this software the user purchases the right to install and use all software components on the registered number
of computers.

Other or further uses, for example:

 passing on of materials, files, or colour information to third parties

 publication of files or colour information
 the installation and/or use of the software on a larger number of computers than registered for
 the disassembly, modification, further uses, or the decoding of the underlying algorithms of the software or information
 the integration of information from the software into other software

... must be with written permission. Deviation from this results in the loss of the user rights and claims for damages from the
manufacturer.

Liabilities and Guarantee

Despite the careful measurement and processing of the colour values, despite numerous revisions and careful tests, it can not be
said with certainty that there aren’t mistakes in the software that could possibly only appear on certain computers. Software defects
which fundamentally affect the efficiency of use give the customer the right to receive subsequent improvements. If after two
attempts at improvement the defects are still affecting the computer, the customer has a right to an annulment of the sales
agreement. Further liability of the manufacturer in the form of claims for damages is out of the question. Deficiencies in the colour
representation during the customers conversion procedure are not even a question of liability.

Copyright-qualifiers

The software in question, the manner of compliation, all of the contained information and all accompanying materials are subject to the protection of the
copyright laws of Germany.

No part of the software, the therein contained information, the accompanying materials, the graphic art or any other element of the product may be
copied, changed or distributed without the permission of the copyright owner whether mechanically, electronically or in any other manner.
