 UTM AMBASSADORIAL SCHOLARSHIP

UTM Ambassadorial Scholarship is intended to recognise and provide financial support for outstanding student
who wish to act as ambassadors for Universiti Teknologi Malaysia upon the graduation.

Students are eligible to apply for UTM Ambassadorial Scholarship if they have been offered a place to study on
a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate program at the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.

Eligibility criteria
 UTM Ambassadorial Scholarship will be awarded on a competitive basis to candidates who
demonstrate enthusiasm and the ability to be an excellent international student ambassador.
 Exceptional candidates who have a proven academic and achievement record and who will make a
major contribution to our university and to the wider global community.

Other Terms & Conditions

1. Successful applicants will be informed by UTM via email and they must confirm acceptance of the scholarship
within 7days, failing which it will be automatically withdrawn.
2. Successful applicants have to sign an agreement with the UTM and observe the terms and conditions as set
therein.
3. The UTM Ambassadorial Scholarship awarded is in the form of deduction of tuition fees and commencement
from the 1st semester.
4. In the event of a dispute on the eligibility for the scholarship, the decision made by the UTM is final and no
appeals will be entertained.
5. UTM reserves the right to decide on the quantum and number of scholarship to be awarded or revoked.
6. Scholarship may be terminated at any time in the event of gross misconduct or failure to meet the required
academic grades.
