An Income Generating Project

Source of Fund: Bingo cards are php. 100.00 for 20 games

I. Introduction
SSG is the highest elective body charged with the responsibility of working
harmoniously with the faculty and administration for the good of the school and in general,
for maintaining the cleanliness, beautification of the school and for the welfare of the pupils
whom it represents in particular. The knowledge and values they learned made the
organization come up with a worthwhile project that will add attraction for the school. For
this reason, the undersigned is motivated to conduct Income Generating Project entitled, “
BINGO SOSYAL.”

The objectives of this project are the following:

1. Generate fund for the procurement of construction materials for concrete school
signage.
2. Enhance the cooperation of stakeholders and community.
3. Instil among pupil leaders the spirit of responsibility and leadership.

II. Proponent Description

The undersigned, Supreme Student Government, is the proponent of this Income
Generating Project which is entitled, “ BINGO SOSYAL.”

The co-proponents are the co-officers and members of the organization, the adviser
and the school principal.
III. Project Description
A Fun Run for a cause is an Income Generating Project of Student Supreme
Government of Manuel T. Sia High School.

The location of the project is in Danlog, Pilar, Sorsogon Registration Fee will be sold
at a very affordable price which is 100.00 FOR 20 GAMES.

The project will be managed by the officers and members of the SSG Organization
under the supervision of the project proponent,SSG Adviser and the school principal.

Any amount generated will be spend for the purchase of construction materials for
school concrete signage. The extra savings will be kept for future use.

IV. Monitoring and Evaluation

The monitoring and evaluation will be administered by the SSG adviser and the
school principal, Mr. Joffrey Mirandilla.

V. Suggested Scheme
a. Financial, Narrative and pictorial reports will be submitted by the proponent and
be noted by the adviser and the principal.

b. SSG officers and members will extend assistance in the procurement of the
construction materials for school signage.
