I believe that these sustainable frameworks development plans should be oriented to collect
adequate national data for social-cultural needs, and environmental as well as more realistic
indicator factors at a regional level in every nation.

My perception related on the sustainability plans spectrum size is that, they should be decreased
or broaden according to the purpose and perspective of these environmental plans on a particular
country ecological redevelopment objective. While, it is important to mention that shorter
sustainability plans will result on a quicker and more effective delivery of these designs. Less
financial investment and costs to these plans, the sustainability benefits become evident earlier,
affect smaller number of people, Scope of work shorter.

These types of sustainability plans are going to depend on the agency agenda and the magnitude
of these projects as well as the regional location of the World that these plans are configured.
The stakeholder’s participation is necessary to guarantee the success of specific kind of
sustainability plans (depends on the region of the World and the country government political
system). Government officials, Community leaders, Real estate Businesses, Land proprietors,
Urban Designers and planners, and External Developer consultants, etc.
