The guidelines instruct proctors to start exams with a prayer, check exam permits, maximize classroom space during seating, employ random seating arrangements, follow time allotments, monitor for cheating, and not accept incomplete tests. Students are told to bring exam permits, wear proper uniforms, place bags and devices away, only have test materials at their desk, use blue or black ink, submit tests one subject at a time, attend to needs before exams, and quietly leave once finished. The guidelines were agreed upon and approved by faculty and administration.
