Recitals

1 Defined Terms

3 Continuing Effect

3.1 The [ ] and this Amendment Agreement shall be read and construed together and (save in this
Amendment Agreement) references to the [ ] shall be deemed to be references to the [ ] as
amended by this Amendment Agreement. Once executed by the Parties, this Amendment
Agreement shall be deemed as forming part of the [ ].

3.2 As amended by this Amendment Agreement, the provisions of the [ ] shall remain in full force and
effect and continue to be binding on each Party to it. Unless otherwise expressly amended herein,
all other terms of the [ ], and the Parties’ rights, liabilities and obligations thereunder, shall remain
the same.

4 Effective Date

This Amendment Agreement shall be effective from the date hereof.

5 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any Dispute arising in relation to this Amendment Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with

6 Counterparts

This Amendment Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall
be deemed to be an original and all of which together shall be deemed to be one and the same
instrument.
