 Introduction

In the next activity we will discuss the problems of Digital Transformation of

organizations, which is a process that combines, adequate the update of the new
advances of the technology in the company with the fundamental collaboration of
human capital and Intellectual Property that the result of human intellectual effort
often manifests itself as new or original knowledge or a creative expression that
adds desirable quality to a marketable product or service.

Digital transformation (TD) is to adapt companies to new developments technology
in the development of products, processes, services, business models, culture,
organizational with the objective of being more competitive through the momentum
of technology and innovation.
This way it, presents the profile of a company in a digital environment highlighting,
the importance of both technologies such as human capital to develop and manage
them.
Based on the different problem trees proposed previously, collaboratively
each group must describe the problem of digital transformation in
Colombian enterprises, completing the following chart:
